As a certified personal trainer and kinesiologist, I offer a variety of services, including in-person sessions, in-home training, online coaching, and remote programming. My main goal is to create an inclusive space where all fitness levels and walks of life feel welcome and encouraged to be their strongest selves. Not sure where to start?
