The word “wellness” is as a pretty big buzzword in the health and fitness space, holding all kinds of different interpretations. For me, wellness signifies the capacity to feel confident, at ease, and capable while embodying one's strongest and healthiest self—however that may look for you. A feeling of ‘wellness’ looks different on everyone.

Growing up, I was not an athlete by any means. I hated team sports, I was the kid in gym class that you did NOT want to pass the ball to, and when I did try playing youth soccer my parents love to remind me that I was always way more interested in chasing butterflies rather than chasing the ball. Fast forward a few years I decided to try out going to the gym and learn more about weightlifting and I instantly fell in love - and now here we are!

My training philosophy revolves around fostering an environment where individuals from all walks of life feel not only welcomed but genuinely valued. I strive to create a space where every person is encouraged, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or taking your first steps towards a healthier lifestyle (or maybe you are a butterfly chaser like me), I am dedicated to guiding you on your journey to becoming the strongest version of yourself.

Outside of my one-on-one work, I serve as the Lead Instructor at The Wolf Pack, Parksville’s newest and most vibrant rhythm-based indoor cycling studio. As a woman-owned space, The Wolf Pack is dedicated to electrifying fitness journeys through high-energy spin sessions that unite the pack. We believe in strength through movement, creating an inclusive, vibey environment where participants can push limits, connect, and thrive

Leading classes here provides an energetic counterbalance to my individualized sessions — it's where music, sweat, and community converge. Whether I'm guiding a client through personalized rehabilitation or leading a room full of riders to the beat, my mission remains the same: to foster empowerment and connection through movement.
